About Me

Copy editing has been an official part of my full-time job responsibilities since 2014, but I’ve been offering editing services since my college days. I have a Master’s degree in Writing, Rhetoric, and Discourse, which included coursework on editing and an internship copyediting for an academic journal. My full-time job has also included digital accessibility work since 2015, and it has become the focus of my career path. I’ve presented on web accessibility at local and national conferences, have taught classes and workshops on accessibility, and have worked on making hundreds of web pages and digital documents more accessible.

As for gaming, I started off with D&D 3.5 in high school. Since then, I’ve branched out into Edge of the Empire/Force & Destiny, Blades in the Dark, Masks, Dungeon World, D&D 5E, and so many, many more. I play at least a couple RPGs a week, and my dice collection is starting to get a little frightening.

Other Projects

I run Clever Corvids Productions, a production company focusing on actual play podcasts. Our current show is The City That Never Dies, a Blades in the Dark actual play with a Roaring Twenties-inspired setting. You can also follow us on Twitter @clever_corvids or, if you really dig the show and want to support it, check out the Magpies Patreon.

I wrote a short, cosmic horror fan adventure for Fantasy Flight Game’s Force & Destiny Star Wars Roleplay Game system. You can download Relego VI for free for use in your own gaming groups: Relego VI Force and Destiny Fan Adventure.
